Shipping

Orders on nutragile.fr are shipped the following day, except in exceptional cases, subject to product availability in our stock. When you place your order before 10 AM from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We strive to maintain an online product availability rate of over 98%. Due to the high volume of orders placed daily on our site, which allows us to offer some of the most competitive prices on the market, some products may be out of stock despite our efforts. In such cases, shipping may be delayed by one or two days. For more details, please consult our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Weekends and public holidays extend the shipping and delivery time compared to the timelines mentioned below. Please note that orders placed after 10 AM on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, are processed and shipped on Monday. During school holidays, transportation may be exceptionally disrupted, and shipping delays may occur, independent of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from PILOS SAS, along with a link to track the status of your delivery via the chosen carrier.

Upon receiving your order, always check the contents of the package.

Do not forget to file a claim if one or more items are damaged or if the package is damaged. You can refuse the package by indicating it on the carrier's delivery note.

Any delivery anomaly must be reported in writing, in detail and completely, on the carrier’s delivery slip. If you wish to file a claim, it is essential to confirm your reservations in writing with the carrier, in detail and completely, within three days of receiving the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. A copy of this letter must also be sent within the same time frame to PILOS SAS. If one or more items are damaged (or the entire package) and no claim is made, they will not be covered by insurance and can only be replaced at the customer's expense.
