Payment Methods and Terms
To pay for their order, the Customer has the option to choose from the payment methods listed on the website www.nutragile.fr, as detailed below:
- By Eurocard or American Express credit card, via Prestashop Checkout and its secure SSL system
- Via PayPal
- By Bank Transfer: The bank details of PILOS SAS will be provided to the Customer after they select bank transfer as the payment method during the order confirmation.
- By Check: Goods will only be shipped after the check is received.
In the case of payment by credit card, the transaction will be immediately debited after verification of the card details, upon receiving the authorization to charge from the issuing bank of the card used by the Customer.
In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by payment card is irrevocable. By providing their credit card information, the Customer authorizes PILOS SAS to charge their credit card for the full price of the order. To this end, the Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the relevant credit card. If the payment cannot be processed, the online sale will be automatically canceled and the order will be void. The information provided by the Customer regarding their credit card is only shared with the bank. The transfer of information is fully protected through encryption, and the entire payment process occurs directly on the bank's server. PILOS SAS will never have access to the Customer's credit card information.
